Blond, robust, smooth and fruity " 3 grain" beer, with final fermentation in the bottle. Brewed with pride and patience after carmelite tradition with wheat, oat and barley. 100% natural beer.
Head is initially large, frothy, white, fully lasting. Body is hazy dark yellow, dense particles of all sizes, bottle conditioned. Aroma is moderately hoppy (herbs, citrus - lemon, flowers, perfume), moderately yeasty (cobwebs, earth), moderately malty (cookie, light bread, toasted grain), with notes of coriander, clove, honey, orange, pineapple, pear, bubble gum, etc. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is moderately bitter, lightly sweet, moderately acidic. Medium body, creamy texture, lightly alcoholic. Very complex and wonderfully appetizing aroma in all departments...a genuine challenge and delight for the nose. Very clean and well-balanced...the crisp tartness works perfectly with the bitterness in this context...this is frighteningly quaffable, yet an exquisite sipping beer too. The body is average, but the creamy texture and well-hidden alcohol make up for that.
