Head is initially huge, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy medium yellow, dense tiny/small/medium particles, bottle conditioned. Aroma is moderately hoppy (lemon, herbs, grass, flowers), lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of honey and coriander. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively (almost fizzy)carbonation. Beautiful nose, great saison balance

Cloudy golden color, medium white head. Aroma is spicy of coriander, fruity of citrus and banana, some wheat and yeast. Taste is bitter sweet, bit yeasty, but also refreshing from citrus.

This barm beer has an amazing density and is made from malts, hops , orange peels and coriander.
Service temperature: 5 to 8°c

Mild floral hop nose and lightly fruity aroma. Pale golden colour, slight haze, with pillowy white head that recedes very slowly with patchwork lace. Medium maltiness and lightly fruity with mild spiciness and a touch of floral hop flavour. High carbonation, very thirst-quenching on a hot day. Simple, clean and lightly fruity

They are usually presented in champagne style bottles, and they have a refreshing carbonation and crispness (some are made with quite hard water). Their accent is towards fruitiness, often with citric notes; they are sometimes spiced and usually walloped.”

Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.
