Dark brown with red tints. The aroma is bubblegum, yeast and fruit. Flavours are yeast, winter fruit, toffee, spices and whisky booziness. Warming, complex but still easy to drink.

Known as "Première" in 75 cl (1 pt. 9.4 fl. oz.) bottles, has a distinctive copper-brown colour, making it particularly attractive. Topped by a creamy head, it has a slightly fruity apricot-like scent which comes from the fermentation. The aroma perceived in the mouth is a balance that underlines the fruity nuances of its "nose". Its taste, which has a silky sensation on the tongue, is made refreshing by a hint of bitterness. On the palate, the taster perceives a pleasant sharpness which discerningly completes the taste qualities of this beer

Known as "Cinq Cents" in 75 cl (1 pt. 9.4 fl. oz.) bottles, is typified by its golden colour, its often cloudy appearance and its excellent head. It is particularly characterised by its scent, which comes from a pleasant combination of fresh hops and yeast. The aroma of the beer, perceived in the mouth, comes from the perfumes of the hops: these are mainly the hints of the "muscat" and "dry grapes" which give this beer its particularly attractive characteristic aroma. This aroma exploits the hint of bitterness. There is no actual harshness, but a great aftertaste of bitterness which remains in the mouth

Very dark, muddy color. Had a hufe off-white head. Aroma was strong with peach, vanilla and caramel. The flavor had a hops bite that was tempered by vanilla, orange peel with a caramel finish. It gets seeter as you go through the glass.

This beer is one the hardest genuine Trappist beers to find!
Pours a cloudy reddish brown with a thick biege head. Aroma is a bit sweet with fruit and caramel. Really nice full and chewy mouthfeel. Raisins, brown sugar, dark fruits, alcohol, and caramel are right upfront. Nice lingering aftertaste. There's a lot to sink your teeth into, so to speak. A really complex beer that wants you to ask for more.

Very nice cloudy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is sweet, fruity, and some nice hops aromas also. A very smooth beer with lower carbonation. It's slightly sweet with a dry finish. Nice complex malt flavors balanced with the hops. Very drinkable and enjoyable; really good.
