Binchoise Flora 7° - 33cl

A high fermentation beer with 7% alcohol content, bottled in 75, 33 cl and in 30l barrels.

Re-fermented in the bottle. It’s a saison beer brewed in the Spring made with two kinds of malt hops. Its taste is frank and it diffuses touches of pronounced malt.

La Flora presents a beautiful copper colour and is topped with a generous white head that holds well.

Digest and very refreshing beer, offer an after-taste persistent and a dry end.

St - Joseph, homage to the St-owner of the carpenters, this beer is an artisanal beer. It is the fruit of a pale mixture of malt and coloured special malts (Caramel, Munich, Caramunich). The raw materials used are the barley and the hop. The barley, cereal rich in starch, is transformed into malt, which gives color to beer. The hop flower, as for it, is the source of bitternesses and flavours of beer. It is tasted preferably at a temperature of 12°C. Proposed out of not pasteurized bouchonnée bottle, it ages with wonder in cellar. The activity of yeast is at the origin of the evolutionary taste of beer. The beer St - Joseph is brewed by the Dupont Brewery. The latter was preceded with Moinette with the World Contest of beers in 1997. St - Joseph has even his personalized glass, which will enchant more than one collectors! This blond beer was brewed in honour of the court of the Emperor Charles The Fifth, united in rigour, nobility and splendour.

Rigour:

In spite of modern brewing technology, this beer is brewed according to ancient traditions. It unites, now as in the past, the best products of our soil: rich barley and fine hops.

Nobility:

Its refined character, with a pure and rich taste, will captivate you. It is matured at length in cellar and bottle, and is guaraneteed to be brewed only from pale malts. It is traditionally top-fermented and is 100 % pure.

Splendour:

Serve it with pride, drink it with respect and it will strenghten and revitalise you. The Golden Carolus "Triple" has a unique colour and a full flavour which is particularly thirst quenching, due to its well-balanced hopping.

To properly savour the Golden Carolus "Triple", pour slowly in one movement leaving the yeast deposit in the bottle. This beer may be served cool but not chilled: 10°C (50°F) is recommended.

Arabier is a pure malt beer 7°vol/alc brewed with flower Nugget-hops from Poperinge.

It has the special dry-hopping taste and aroma, so appreciated by beerlovers allover the world.

It is one of the two main beers from De Dolle Brouwers throughout the year. Aging time is limited due to the fact that hop bitterness is declining with the time.
Store arabier cool and dark and serve cool at 10°C, as the signs in arab language indicate.

Oerbier 7.5°C - 33Cl

Means original, from the spring. This beer has been brewed in small scale (5 gallons). At home in a copper wash kettle, by two brothers who were students at the time.
They took over an old brewery which was out of business and said: "If we don't remake the brewery alive, nobody will!". It was also a unique opportunity to create some interesting brews, so why not try it ?
Therefore we van and will do the main work ourselves and keep the scale of the brewery like it was.
Since then, the brewery and its beers have been an inspiration source for a lot of brewers.
Oerbier is brewed from no less than 6 malts. Poperinge Golding hops in flowers and a special veast which makes it a little tart, especially with aging. At the brewery we have excellent cellars which have a constant temperature of 8°C and allow Oerbier to age at its best.
After a couple of years Oerbier tastes like it should have been blended with wine … Oerbier has been refermented in the bottle and contains a layer of yeast, having vitamins B. NAT en STRAF on the glasses means WET and STRONG, a warning for the 7.5 vol. alcohol content.

St Bernardus Triple 7°-1/3L

Neither pale colored, not too strong in alcoholic content ( 7%), this triple Saint-Bernadus is decidely less aggressive in its taste than other beers in the same category. Nevertheless its aroma is very present, and its mellow flavor is subtly reinforced by a discreet bitterness, which strikes a balance between malt and hops, with a fruity taste. To a certain extent it corresponds to the wish expressed by the brewers of Saint-Bernadus to produce a beer likely to please women
